Thai massage is an ancient form of bodywork that is designed to move energy in the body and increase range of motion. Rhythmic palming and thumbing techniques are used. The client is positioned on a soft, heated mat on the floor and may receive the work in prone, supine, side-lying and seated positions. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
